Once your order has been submitted, you may cancel or make changes on your order within 4 hours of placing by going to “Contact us“, and creating a ticket, or reaching our customer support here. When it is more than 4 hours after placing an order, Fullshirts refuses to support order cancellation or order modification requests.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product delivery address is correct. Fullshirts takes no responsibility for any product a customer does not receive because of errors in the delivery address given to us.
Order changes have to be made within 4 hours of first placing the order.
